OPTION 1 - HOME/WORK DELIVERY

* Address requires ALL DAY reception/security.

* ADDRESS: 

1. Put "X" in Post Code, City, State

2. COPY your FULL CHINESE ADDRESS into "STREET ADDRESS" (see below)
    or paste a Google Maps share link of your address.

   > Errors with address will cause delays.

* Prepare CASH in envelope with your name (same as on order name) for reception/security.

* If no reception/security available, choose 7-11 option.

 

OPTION 2 :  7-11 DELIVERY

* ADDRESS: 

1. Put "X" in Post Code, City, State

2. COPY 7-11 google link into "STREET ADDRESS" (see below)

* On arrival 7-11 sends TEXT MESSAGE on package arrival (SMS in Chinese) - reminding you to pickup within 2 days. Don't delay.

* You pay at 7-11 (take your ID). Keep an eye out for the text message！

* If not picked up & package returned to us, resends are $300
* If package not received after 3days, go to "Online Help" by clicking the 3bars at the top right of your screen
