* On arrival 7-11 sends TEXT MESSAGE on package arrival (SMS in Chinese) - reminding you to pickup within 2 days. Don't delay.

* You pay at 7-11 (take your ID). Keep an eye out for the text message！


* If not picked up & package returned to us, resends are $300
* If package not received after 3days, go to "Online Help" by clicking the 3bars at the top right of your screen
